Biography
Jason holds an MSW from UCLA and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in solving social problems having worked over 15 years in community mental health organizations before joining the PMO. Jason held director roles for nearly 11 of those years and was responsible for leadership development, program startups, change management, program improvement, and team building. Jason created and facilitated leadership workshops for most of this time, helping program leaders to inspire a shared vision and focus on what is essential. This type of coaching work was what inspired him to shift his professional focus to internal consulting and led him to UCSF.
