- Lean Learning Program
- The Lean Learning Program helps participants gain key competencies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. These courses are where you will develop new vocabulary to improve your problem-solving conversations within UCSF.
- Active Daily Engagement Huddles
- Active Daily Engagement is a structured system that aligns unit goals with organizational goals, enables people closest to the work to solve problems (A3 Thinking), and shares ideas on specific goals, which will lead to improvements in the unit goals.
- FAS True North
- The FAS Continuous Improvement Program is building a culture focused on respect for people and a continuous improvement mindset. The FAS True North outlines our organizations ideal state and direction.
- Business Process Redesign & Implementation/ Kaizen Workshops
- Business Process Improvement is an approach to addressing inefficient business processes, often across functional and departmental lines. Using time-tested tools and methods, we empower units to look critically at business processes they touch in order to elevate efficiency and quality.
