Karen Hamblett

Karen Hamblett is a seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience at the University of California.  With each of her roles, she has gained experience in change management and project management, with extensive experience driving strategic transformation in higher education and academic medical centers. 

She has successfully led initiatives to optimize financial models, implement strategic change initiatives, foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, and streamline operational efficiencies.  With a record of accomplishment managing multi million-dollar budgets, overseeing complex funding structures, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, Karen has consistently delivered high-impact solutions that drive institutional success. Her ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and lead transformative projects makes her an invaluable asset in change and project management leadership.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Services, Interior Design from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio.
