Paul Raknes

Paul has over 25 years of external and internal consulting experience helping executives lead Strategic Transformation Initiatives with a focus on Change Management, Governance, and Portfolio and Program Management at numerous organizations and institutions around the world. 

Paul has specific expertise and experience in leading Program and Organizational Readiness activities in large scale ERP Initiatives as well as Organization Design and Effectiveness Activities, as well as Culture and Engagement Programs.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and International Relations from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, a Postgraduate Honors Degree in International Relations from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa, and a Master of Science in politics and International Relations from the University of Bristol, UK.
