A3 Thinking 101
The second course in our Lean Learning Pathway, focusing on more in-depth practice of Lean tools. Participants choose a problem from their environment to apply A3 Thinking.
- Five 3-hour online sessions, plus homework and coaching over 10 weeks
- Please plan on attending all 5 sessions in this series
