Upcoming Changes to Our Website:

The Program Management Office (PMO) is going through changes! Last year, Finance and Administrative Services (FAS) Leadership led an evaluation of our department, assessing our current work and the needs of UCSF from a program management perspective. From this, we are expanding our work to an enterprise-wide focus on strategic and transformative initiatives to better serve UCSF’s goals and community. To help communicate these changes, we will be rebranding our department, which will now be called the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)

Part of our rebranding efforts focuses on our website, which is a valuable resource for our Lean Learners. We have been working with the Project Echo team to reorganize and update our website to improve layout, design, and accessibility, resulting in a more user-friendly experience. Resources for our Lean classes, such as our one-point lessons, the Lean glossary, and information on classes, will have new locations.

We will also be changing our URL to reflect our department’s name change from pmo.ucsf.edu to epmo.ucsf.edu. This change will affect those who have bookmarked links to our resources. We will be setting up redirects from our old website URL to help with any confusion, and we will also send another communication once the new website launches with links to commonly used resources.

We expect to launch our new website later this month.
