Biography
Paul Sullivan has over 20 years of management experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and information technology projects. Paul was a management consultant with IBM for 8 years prior to joining UCSF in 2008. His areas of expertise include Lean process improvement, systems analysis, change management, and project management.
At UCSF Paul has supported clients in nearly every administrative unit, including Finance, Research, HR, IT, Facilities, and Real Estate, working to increase value, reduce waste, and respect people.
Paul holds an MBA in Information Systems and Management from New York University's Stern School of Business and earned a BA in History, also from NYU. Paul is a certified Lean practitioner, a Prosci certified Change Practitioner, and Lean coach.
