Active Daily Engagement (ADE) is a structured system that enables teams to make improvements by aligning team goals with organizational goals, and enables daily problem solving leading to improvements in the team’s goals. ADE often involves daily meetings or “huddles” either in person or online around a visual element (Vis Board) that helps to track progress.
Initially starting and designing ADE requires consistent effort and time commitment. The positive effects of this collaborative work may take a while to see. Ongoing success of ADE requires regular check and adjust while maintaining team alignment with organizational goals.
