‌The second course in our Lean Learning Pathway, focusing on more in-depth practice of Lean tools. Participants choose a problem from their environment to apply A3 Thinking.

A3 Thinking 102 

‌The final course in our Lean Learning Pathway. Participants are encouraged to complete their project from A3 Thinking 101 by working on the right side of the A3. The goal for this course is to prepare participants for Lean Practitioner Certification which participants are eligible for once they complete one cycle of change with measurable results.
